MSF Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd started when business founders, Michelle Soares and Miguel Florença, noticed a need for customised, quality laundry and housekeeping services within the hospitality industry. As luxury property owners who rents out apartments, the duo noticed a gap in the market for quality services that would drive repeat bookings and high ratings. They decided to shift this for the service industry by creating MSF Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd.
